Does Dr. Turner have a bias?

It has come to our attention that Dr. Turner is dismissing an abnormal amount of applicants due to his subjective psychological screenings. Dr. Turner is turning away qualified candidates at an alarming rate. What's the alarm? He's dismissing male whites from the process and allowing other minorities to sail through the process. This has even caught the attention of the recruiting staff at the MPD Academy. You may ask what's being done about this? Absolutely nothing. Someone in a position of responsible charge needs to review Turner's conclusions and inquire as to why he's failing ALMOST ALL male whites.
