King Willie announced today that he is leaving (NOT SOON ENOUGH). We can only hope that the FBI will nail his ass now that he's out of office.What does this have to do with the MPD Enforcer? Everything. We all know that when a Mayor leaves, all of the city's Directors start to quake in their boots (or jack boots). This means that we may have a chance to turn this department around and get back to the basics. Fighting crime and protecting our citizens.
